December Dawns

I ended up going for an unplanned three hour hike with the dogs yesterday morning, as it was so lovely!  The sun was shining, the ground frozen hard, so I could wear my walking boots instead of wellies. There was fog in both Pevensey and Rye Bays, which caused wonderful layers of misty colour on the horizon.

It was just getting light when we set out....

 

 

I could only just make out Dungeness power station .... 

 

Sunday Morning at the Beach

It was a beautiful sunny morning on Sunday and the tide was right, so we decided to take the dogs to Fairlight Beach....

Flori looks wistfully down onto the beach where she'd recently had so much fun!

 

A Good Day for a Walk

It was a gorgeous day today and the morning dog walk was a pleasure albeit a bit muddy :o)

I cheated with these last two, the Alstroemeria are in a vase in the window and the rose is in a garden I passed the other morning :o)
